Assistência médica
Robert Higgs: "Medical care is greatly overrated -- and heavily subsidized, especially for elderly Americans. Health status depends largely on things unrelated to medical care. The gigantic apparatus of government intervention in medical care in the USA is, to a large extent, simply an ever more expensive scam, the result of combining people's emotionalism and ignorance about health with a legion of well-heeled lobbyists for the providers of medical goods and services."
