razil is the country of the future and always will be. Brazil is not a serious country. In Brazil even the past is uncertain. On occasion the clichés Brazilians use to describe their country to foreigners are surprisingly accurate.
As Brazil reels from the impeachment of Dilma Rousseff , the final maxim seems particularly apt.
