Maestria

Finding Mastery with Dr. Albert Bandura (founder of self-efficacy theory).
Michael Gervais knocked it out of the park in this episode with Dr. Bandura. So good that I plan to listen to it a second time. Another amazing this - Dr. Bandura is over 90 years old and sharp as a tack!
Here is the description from the site on some of the topics covered:...
* How fortuitous events shape our lives
* Putting your self in the right situations to capture opportunities
* How to properly set a vision
* The difference between proximal and distal goals and why they both matter
* Projecting to the future vs. outcome expectations
* Focusing on the task instead vs. being self-centered
* Why we react differently in those fight or flight moments
* Theory of Agency and how it impacts confidence
* How the 4 components of self-efficacy impacts your future
* The relationship between morality and behavior
* Why all incredible ideas and creators have consistently dealt with rejection

I tagged some individuals who I thought would really find this interesting
