Except for the call for more government funding of energy research, which is a dangerous waste of money and time, this is an excellent summary of the insanity of climate policy and the huge damage it is causing.
Somewhat encouraging, the President's recent $250 billion kitchen sink spending bill, was accompanied by remarks about encouraging and supporting *adapting* to climate change rather than futiel policies to mitigate it.
